Is there a minimum order requirement ?
No, there is no Minimum Order Quantity. We welcome & encourage our customers to order small quantities or single pieces.
Are the prices mentioned on the website the wholesale prices ?
When you buy a single piece you pay the price mentioned on the website. When you wish to buy worth US$ 500 or more we can offer discounts For purchases above US$ 500 to 1000 discount of 7% will be available.
For purchases of US$ 1000 and above discount of 12% will be available on the listed prices.
How long do cross border or international packets take?
International packets are despatched within the next 2 working days after payment is received by us. Delivery takes 4 - 5 weeks depending upon the destination country.
Will I have to pay customs/import fees to receive my order?
Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.
What happens if we mention an incorrect shipping address?
If the shipping address is mentioned incorrectly we are not liable for the order or the refund. It will be totally the customer's responsibility and Savi Gems will not be liable for any refund.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched an email is sent to you with the tracking details.
How do I measure my ring size?
We have a ring size guide which will help you to know your ring size.
When will the parcel be dispatched from the time I place the order?
As soon as we receive the confirmed order we take two working days to dispatch the parcel & send you the tracking no. for the parcel for you to track the same. Delivery takes 3-4 weeks.
Are all the products made in Sterling Silver?
Yes, all the products are handcrafted and made in 92.5% Sterling Silver. The worldwide accepted purest form of making jewellery in silver in 92.5% which Savi Gems adheres to.
Will Silver get tarnished?
Silver by nature is prone to get tarnished when in contact with moisture & humidity. After use please place it in an air tight zip lock bag or a box.
Are the stones genuine?
All our stones are natural semi precious stones. The only two man-made stones are - Blue Sunstone & Opalite which is mentioned in the description of the product.
Are the Jewellery pieces breakable?
Yes all jewellery is breakable. We do not replace broken jewellery.
I want to purchase two items but the shipping address will be two different places. In that case how do I place my order?
In that case please place two different orders.
If I cancel my Order after it has been dispatched will any amount be deducted?
If the parcel has been dispatched and we are informed after dispatch to cancel the order - then the corresponding GST charges of 3% as well as transaction charges of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount.
